Iraq’s Gateway to Sustainable Construction
The Iraq Green Building Council (IGBC) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to applying and promoting the principles of sustainable building in Iraq, drawing on global green building standards and trends.
The Council was established in response to climate change and the increasing consumption of energy, aiming to unify efforts and bridge the gap between the public and private sectors, ultimately leading to effective, sustainable practices in this field.
